The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of the Republic of Ghana  in West Africa, have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account Assistance to facilitate poverty reduction through Economic growth in Ghana in the amount of approximately Five Hundred and Forty seven Million USD (MCC funding).
The Ministry of Interior on behalf of the Government of Ghana intends to apply portion of MCC funding to eligible payments under a contract associated with this request for the supply of these items:
1. Fertilizer.
2. Agricultural Equipment.
3. Safety Equipment
4. Medical Equipments.
5. Waste Disposal Equipment.
6. Domestic Grinding Machine.
7. Domestic sewing machine.
8. Communication Equipment

Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the MCC program Procurement guidelines. The contract payment terms is 70% upfront payment through bank T/T, payable before production and supplying, and balance 30% by L/C at site while the delivery period is
