Abuse of Public Money & Corruption - Director Avoids to Give Explanations
New revelations have reached my mailbox related to fund management issues
for the company named INFORMATION SOCIETY S.A.
With a little research on the website http://diavgeia.gov.gr, the website
where all expenditures made by public bodies are published, one can find
that something strange is happening with various micro-assignments.
I have tried to communicate with company's CEO Mr. George Tsakogiannis to
explain to me what exactly are those assignments and what procedures are
followed in order to be awarded, but he avoided to answer to me.
Project segmentation seems to be a standard practice at Information Society S.A.
in order to avoid tender procedures as well as payments to friends and relatives
who are invited to meet "special" needs.
However, when the emergency occurs every month and the same person is
hired to deal with the same need, then something stinks here ... !!!
