Deception of the Board of Directors & Lawsuits - Disclaiming Liabilities and the Scapegoats
The release of my first article to a large number of recipients, has resulted in
the mass gathering of more data on irregularities as well as protests of many
companies and Greek Public Bodies, against the company named
Information Society S.A.
The current article derived from data released to me by a number of entrepreneurs
after the distribution of my first article.
We have been told that after they submitted lawsuits against the members of the
previous Board, they were informed that some members claim that they were misled
by the former chairman and former CEO.
They also claim that important documents were concealed from them by the former
president.
I have committed to thoroughly investigate all complaints I am receiving and
will try to mobilize the competent supervisory authorities, in order to apportion
blame and punish those responsible.
