Sir,
I am Dr. E.O. Dan-kabo; the Director, Nigerian Petroleum and Pipeline
Trading Board (NPPTB). The NPPTB is the Federal Government board that
exclusively markets and distributes Nigeria’s Petroleum and products in
the international market; which is why we maintain a permanent presence
here in the London International Petroleum Exchange. (IPE).
I have US$21.6Million which I want pull out our account to safety. I
accumulated the fund by the supply of excess quantity of petroleum to
foreign buyers; yes, this is made possible by the non-metering of the oil
wells during loading and unloading of oil vessels. Please read

Unfortunately for me, all our payments go straight into our (NPPTB)
account with the Federal Bank, after being processed and forwarded to us
by JP Morgan Bank.
This is why the US$21.6million is still currently floating in our (NPPTB)
account.
As it is; I can not pull or withdraw this US$21.6million from our account
without proper documentations and reason. This is why I am sending this
email to you.
I want to work with you to transfer it into your account as one of the
many contract payments we transfer to foreign contractors from time to
time.
Yes, I would submit the necessary backdated contract documents to the bank
and order them to process and transfer this fund to your account as a
legitimate and due payment for a maintenance work that was done for us
(the NPPTB) some years ago.
Your occupation or line of business does not matter at all. The business
would be concluded within 10 working days as I have already put the
necessary arrangements in place to ensure timely and successful
conclusion.
You would retain 15% of the fund as your share, and the remaining 85%
would be mine.
I intend to invest a part of my share in Iran and return the rest as goods.
